All apartments have kitchen nooks equipped with modern appliances and everything required, including espresso machines, dryer cabinets, TV sets, custom-made furniture, remote-controlled air conditioners, and everything else needed for a comfortable vacation.

1-room apartment
Accommodates up to 3 people. Spacious apartments with plenty of natural light and French balconies (some with regular balconies). The kitchen nook separated with a stylish ribbed wall is furnished with a separate dining table with three chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a luxurious, custom-made bed (160x200 cm); the apartment also fits an extra bed or a children’s bed. There are 5 1-room apartments in the hotel.
2-room apartment
Accommodates up to 4 people. Spacious apartments with plenty of natural light and French balconies. The bedrooms of most apartments include wide double beds; some have two single beds that can be pushed together or apart, if necessary. The living room is furnished with a modern kitchen and a foldable couch that can be used as a comfortable bed for 2 people. There are 12 2-room apartments in the hotel.
Saku Kuld suite
A comfortable choice for two people with a small child. The spacious apartments with plenty of natural light, mesmerising views and French balconies (some with regular balconies) are located on the higher floors of the hotel (3rd-6th floor). The kitchen is equipped with an espresso machine in addition to everything else necessary. The kitchen nook separated with a stylish ribbed wall is furnished with a separate dining table and three chairs. There is a luxurious, custom-made bed (180x200 cm) and a closet for bedding in the bedroom. A built-in closet with mirror sliding doors in the hallway. The suite also fits an extra bed or a children’s bed. There are bathrobes for two in the room and welcoming drinks from Saku waiting in the fridge. There are 7 1-room Saku Kuld suites in the hotel.
2-room suite with a sauna
Accommodates up to 4 people. A spacious 2-room apartment with a French balcony. A dining table with four chairs and an espresso machine in addition to everything else needed in the kitchen nook. A lounging area with a foldable couch for two in the living room. The bedroom is furnished with a wide bed (160x200 cm) with an orthopaedic mattress. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine in addition to everything else required. There is 1 2-room suite in the hotel, located on the first floor.
3-room suite with a sauna
Accommodates up to 6 people; convenient for a big family or a group of friends. A 3-room apartment with two bedrooms, a spacious living room, separate kitchen and private sauna. The bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds and 1 large double bed. There are 2 foldable couches for two in the living room – sleeping for the total of 4 people. The separate kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, plus dishes and accessories. There is also a separate dining table with four chairs in the kitchen. There is 1 3-room apartment in the hotel.
